Welcome to ACC Registration

Registration Deadline is Tuesday, May 1 (no exceptions)

Our step-by-step registration system will guide you to:

  1. Sign up for your account using your email address
  2. Select accommodations for you and your family
  3. Donate to our First Pres ACC Scholarship Fund
  4. Answer questions to help us plan for your ACC weekend
  5. Choose your payment method and pay online (you can also mail us a check)
  6. Sign in to view an up-to-date status of your registration, payments, and balance due
  7. To edit Attendees or Add-On fees after registration, please contact the ACC Registrar

Housing Options

Mount Hermon offers hotel-style lodge rooms or cabins (sleeps 3-11 people) and includes linens and towels.

  • Economy: Sold Out (private bath, make your own bed upon arrival, basic furnishing and decor)
  • Standard: Sold Out (private bath, beds are pre-made, upgraded furnishings and decor.
  • Deluxe: private bath, beds are pre-made, upgraded furnishings and decor, more spacious rooms

Retreat Cost

  • Adults (ages 18+) --$256 (Economy) or $318 (Standard) or $362 (Deluxe)
  • Children/Youth (ages 4-17)-- $91 (Economy) or $112 (Standard) or $130 (Deluxe)
  • Youth Dorm (high school) --$91
  • Children (ages 0-3)--No Charge
  • Meals Only (no lodging)--Adults: $160, Children/Youth: $71
  • Conference Only (no lodging or meals)--Adults: $85, Children/Youth: $23
  • Saturday Only (including lunch/dinner)--Adults: $90, Children/Youth: $25

Special Dietary Needs

Mount Hermon can accommodate your medically diagnosed dietary needs. Please contact Mount Hermon directly by submitting their online form by Wednesday, May 9.

Optional Add-Ons (Only the primary adult registrant needs to respond)

  • Request a single room and/or a Sunday night stay-over for an additional fee
  • Donate to our ACC Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Application

Scholarships are available upon request. Download our scholarship application and follow instructions to submit your request.

Registration Payments

  • To guarantee your accommodation, a $100 deposit ($200/family) is due upon registration
  • Full payment is due by Tuesday, May 1
  • On-line credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are made through our registration system and are processed through the secure Stripe payment system
  • You will receive an email receipt from First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley confirming payment, including balance due amount, if any

  • If paying by check, select the PAY LATER option
